The Verona VEFSGG31SS Pro Gas Range, hand built in ITALY for the American consumer, offers style, performance and value, not found in any Pro Range available in the U.S. today. The body is wrapped in restaurant grade 304 Stainless Steel with seams welded and polished to form a smooth finish . The control panel offers Stainless Steel full range knobs and stylish bezels that feel just right for a Pro Range. A handy digital clock and timer, not found on even the most expensive ranges is standard equipment on this model.

The range burners are constructed of brass and have a dual simmer capability, giving the chef in your family ultimate heat control down to 450-500 btu/hr. No more scorched sauces or chocolate. The same burners are capable of heating up to 18,000 btu/hr to prepare that pot of spaghetti in no time. Each sealed burner has individual electronic re-ignition. The heavy duty porcelainized continuous grates look attractive yet are functional and sturdy.
